What's the role?

To support the continued growth of the robust Irish construction market, we are looking for Ireland’s finest Account Managers to ensure we can give the best possible service to our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Account Manager to join our team in the Dublin region and actively welcome applications from local candidates and candidates willing to relocate to the area.

What does the role involve?

As an Account Manager initially you will be responsible for undertaking out robust and dynamic training (3-4 weeks). This training will encompass our innovative products, our exciting services, our customer centric approach and all things Hilti. Concurrent to this, there will be extensive on the job training and partnering with our existing team.

At Hilti, we work a little differently. We have a direct sales model which allows us to ensure a high-level customer interaction at every encounter. We love our customers! The Account Management role is strategic account development focused, partnering with existing customers ensuring the Hilti product basket is optimised. This is no ordinary sales or business development manager job; we don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers.

The Account Management role is very autonomous, your red Hilti van will be your office and you will plan, organise and prioritise your time to ensure effectiveness within your territory.

Within your first 3 months you will have 4 weeks (non-consecutive) training from our state-of-the-art hub in Manchester (currently held digitally). This will include training on the Hilti approach, process and product training. The training doesn’t stop there! We have huge amounts of training available to continually grow and develop (including modules created in partnership with Ivy League Universities).
