As an Account Manager in Training; you will have extensive development – The Hilti Way. Including application training, sales training and business training; with 4 weeks training based in our hub in Manchester.

What does the role involve?
As an Account Manager in Training you will work and expand a portfolio of existing accounts while building relationships with core customers. This is no ordinary sales or business development manager job; we don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. We partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value. This is why we stand out as the market leader

What you need is:
- Methodical and driven approach to sales; with a sound ability to identify decision makers
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective problem solving ability
- Ambitious about your own development
- Willingness to learn, passionate and driven
- A real team player with an eye for detail
- Full working rights in Ireland
- A full, clean manual drivers licence
