What's the role?

We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Brand and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our warm and dynamic team, in Hilti’s Head Office, in Dublin. This is an exciting and dynamic role, where you will be responsible for internal and external marketing communications; ensuring a high level of engagement from all customers; both internal and external.

You will work in conjunction with our Hub in Manchester, GB to ensure brand alignment. As the local Brand and Digital Marketing Specialist you will also wear many hats; supporting with all local marketing coordination and organisation of events.

What does the role involve?

As the Brand and Digital Marketing specialist for Hilti Ireland, you will be part of our Technical Marketing team in Ireland, working closely with our Hub Marketing Team in Manchester, GB. You’ll report directly to the Marketing Director working within a customer centric, direct sales Organisation.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for

Implementing the Brand & Communication strategy and drive implementation across all online and offline touchpoints.
Executing integrated marketing campaign activity across all digital channels, supporting with the implementation in our off-line channels
Monitoring and manage our social media channels on a day to day basis; community and partner engagement, online customer service, paid advertising
Analysing digital channel performance and brand implementation efforts
Continually optimising Hilti Ireland’s online presence to ensure we attract and engage with our customers all the way through the purchasing cycle.
Collaborating with Trade Managers to deliver specific e-marketing initiatives and content
Organise and coordinate internal and external events varying in size from small number of VIP’s to larger scale events with hundreds of participants.

What you need is:

  • Degree qualifications within Marketing
  • Experience working autonomously within a marketing team within a Multinational
  • A high level of Initiative, with a focus on delivery and deadline driven
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to learn, passionate and driven
  • A real team player with an eye for detail
