Due to this, we are seeking an exceptional customer service superstar to join our warm and friendly team in North City Business Park. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls and offering the best possible customer experience to both internal and external customers to drive sales. There is no better time to join us!

En quoi consiste le métier ?

This is no ordinary customer service job; we are not about transactional business and quick wins, we focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our high-performing and supportive customer service team as the first point of contact for both our external and internal customers. You’ll help look after our portfolio of small to large businesses and provide expert advice and solutions to drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers.

This is a fast paced, dynamic and KPI driven environment, but also customer-centric. We don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. Acting as a trusted Hilti Representative for a number of accounts, you will partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value.
