Hilti Store Team Leader
What's the role?
Due to significant amount growth, we have a rare and exciting opportunity available for a Hilti Store Team Leader to steer our dynamic, national Hilti Store team. This is a hands-on leadership role in which you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless day to day operations of our four Hilti Stores (Dublin: Docklands and Ballymount, Cork and Belfast), supporting with the implementation and execution of marketing strategies through direct reports within our Hilti stores. This position is responsible for delivering the key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis as defined and outlined by Hilti Ireland.
Additionally, the Hilti Store Team Leader is responsible for people development through coaching, modelling, and developing the future direction pipeline of the organisation. People management responsibilities include: Overall performance management of the team via Hilti’s Source and Select process, Development Discussions, end to end people management aligned with Hilti’s business strategy.
You will be an integral part of the Hilti Ireland management team within a growing and thriving sector.

What does the role involve?
The Hilti Store Team Leader role will offer a blend of strategic influence coupled with grass roots management. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent, evolving market presence and astute optimisation of our Hilti Store network. You will also be responsible for:
Hands on leadership of a national team of Hilti Store Representatives; ensuring optimum results from the team
Execute and deliver on KPI goals for the region as outlined by the Sales Director
Coordinate and execute team meetings, review and improve sessions, performance reviews, and development discussions for all Hilti Stores
Set specific and measurable priorities that empower the team of Hilti Store Representatives to achieve their business and personal development targets in alignment with the corporate strategy
Evaluate ROI of creative options in order to make financially sound decisions
Utilise outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and educate HSRs
Responsible for using the internal My Development and My Contribution process in building, maintaining, and developing a high performing team
Live, model, and coach alignment of the team to Hilti’s purpose and values by inspiring team members to embrace change
Model and coach desired behaviors through time spent in the store with all team members
Act decisively with consequent behavior and action towards demonstrated patterns of poor or subpar performance including disciplinary action up to and including termination

What you need is:
- Solid and stable management experience, ideally within a retail environment with a technical product basket
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
- Understanding and previous experience coaching team members on best practice within driving sales in a retail environment
- Understanding of how to get things done in a matrix organization; demonstrated ability to work with all departments (sales, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service)
