Working in a supportive, warm and successful team you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and offering the best possible customer experience to both internal and external customers.
Working in our supportive and dynamic head office based in Rhodes Corporate Park, you will be supporting our award winning customer service team with complaint handling, identification and root-cause analysis of complaints and the provisioning of high quality customer service. An exciting and meaty position offering variety, a voice and the ability to ‘own’ a piece of our incredible customer experience whilst understanding and interpreting the voice of customer.
